The difficult circumstance in removing the fan was approached in a professional manner and communication was always timely and you stuck to the program, which was important when liaising with other contractors.

The majority of the work was undertaken by one engineer from initial survey, to removal, to factory rebuild, to reinstallation and testing was really beneficial as the engineer became fully involved and took a personal pride in the work. This has been evident throughout the project.”
